In the Caribbean it is not always sunny.
Plenty times it is rainy, at least during rainy season.
Rains are welcomed because nature needs moist.
Most people use water tanks, and those need a fillup from the rain.
For tourists the rain can make a hot day more bearable.
But moisture can also make the heat more opressing.
